For those who are interested on getting the completed tax returns in PDF files via email, we highly recommend you to use GPG (GNU Privacy Guard) to protect your email. This requires one time technical setup in your machine, but it pays big in the future. You will realize that how unsafe email is without GPG. With GPG you can protect any sensitive email contents in the future.

For those who don’t want to bother with the GPG, the only privacy protection we can offer is the PIN in the PDF zip files. This is not the safest, so we suggest not to enter any sensitive information such as the Social Security Numbers in TaxTee^SM. Once you received the PDF files from the email, you will have the chance to edit the PDF files in your own machine and enter all the missing information manually.
